Satisfaction Guarantee

You can expect 3-6 profile-worthy headshots from your order - but we'll let you see the entire selection so you can decide your favorites. Your satisfaction is our priority. However, if you cannot find 3-6 images, we offer you the opportunity to train the AI again for free. If the AI has not yet been trained, we will be happy to refund you the entire amount. Since the costs of training an AI are very high, a refund can only be granted in certain cases.

Refund Exceptions

In cases where a review of your submitted images reveals they do not meet the requirements for optimal AI photos, we are not obligated to provide a refund. However, we might suggest another attempt and explain the ideal conditions for the images you provide.

If you are satisfied with some of the AI-created images but not with others, you are not entitled to a refund. It is a common feature of AI images that some meet your expectations while others fall short. A few imperfect images do not justify a refund of your order.

Once you have downloaded, deleted or saved the AI portraits, they are considered confirmed by you. Therefore, these orders do not qualify for a refund. It is possible to view all AI-created images before downloading.

We only accept refund requests if they are made within a period of 14 days after purchase.

Refund Processing Time

Based on the aforementioned policy, we will review and process refund requests within 1-3 business days. If we approve your refund, you should see the amount on your card within 5-10 business days. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Redirecting the refund to alternative accounts is not possible.
