Article 50 transparency obligations apply from 2 August 2026. The final guidance and voluntary code of practice may continue to evolve, so organizations should assess their specific use cases with qualified counsel.
Our headshots are designed to fit naturally alongside traditional studio photography while preserving each employee’s recognizable appearance. We do not treat realism as a reason to hide how an image was made.
Generated files include fields indicating that the image is AI-generated, naming Dr. Headshot as the creator, and linking back to drheadshot.com. This is practical provenance metadata, not a claim of C2PA Content Credentials certification.
Metadata can be removed by editing tools, social networks, compression, screenshots, or file conversion. Machine-readable marking supports transparency, but it does not replace visible disclosure when disclosure is legally required or contextually appropriate.
